  • Scene 1: What Happened?
  • How could you do this to us?!
  • You're ruining this friendship, Taylor! 
  • Hey guys... I'm moving schools next week, but I wish I could stay.
  • I'm the worst friend, if i just stayed here instead of moving everyone would be happy.
  • Scene 2: Feelings
  • I am feeling so guilty! I'mmiserable. I'll never have any friends.
  • Scene 3: Behaviour and Impact
  • I guess she really doesn't want to be our friend once she moves
  •  I AM GLAD IM MOVING BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!
  • She is so rude! we didn't deserve to be shouted at 
  • The girl with the brown hair (Taylor) is moving schools and has just told everyone, so now her friends are sad because they think they will lose contact with each other.
  • Scene Four: Self Awareness
  • Oh no! I shouldn't have said those things. although I was sad, it didn't give me the right to act aggressively. What I said to could hurt their feelings and damage our friendship even more.
  • Taylor is feeling extremely guilty about moving and now that her friends are upset with her she is miserable.
  • Scene Five: Regulation
  • I'll just take some deep breaths and try and calm my mind before reacting.
  • She seems like she is telling the truth. I really miss our friendship so i'm really happy we can start over
  • Taylor lashes out because she is filled with negative emotions and she says some harsh things to her friends. Once she does this her old friends think that she truly meant it and that they are no longer friends.
  • Scene Six: Repair Relationships
  • I'm sorry that I lashed out at you guys, I didn't mean those things I said and I hope you can forgive me.
  • Taylor has realised the mistakes she made with how she dealt with her emotions and is reflecting on how that could cause negative reactions in both her and her peers.
  • Taylor could take deep breaths and try and think the situation through in order to regulate her emotions. This strategy could be useful for many situations for example if she was nervous she could focus on deep breaths to calm her mind down.
  • Now that I really think about it, I realise that the situation wasn't my fault and I don't deserve to be hated for moving. I can't change it so I must accept it.
  • She apologised about saying rude things to them and her friends acknowledged the fact that they both said rude things to each other so they decided to forgive each other and reconcile.
  • We're sorry too, after thinking about the situation we realise how it wasn't your fault and that we were too harsh on you.
