Storyboard Text

  • Silent Barter is a form of trade when nobody speaks 
  • * Alot of people used Silent Barter but the majority is slaves *Silent Trade is used because not everyone that traded together did not speak the same language * Silent Trade took place in Kumbi and the Southern Forests * The group Members Names are Sofia Ronan, Emma Helwig and  Grace Mcgirr
  • The traders headed with there goods to the market place with there goods in Kumbi. From there they went to the Southern Forest to trade with the Wangarans 
  • The traders spread there good across the river 
  • Then they beat the drum to signal the other trader
  • Soon after the Wangaran comes over and puts down some gold dust 
  • If they liked what they received they took it and left
