" Hey Kitty! Do you want to go roller blading when I get home from work?"
My Nana: the Mentor
" At the end of the day you need to be happy with the person you were that day and continue to be."
My mom is the caregiver archetype in my life. She is the one who makes sure I am always well taken care of. Whenever I have anxiety attacks for example, she is the one that I go to. She always knows whats wrong with me and how to fix it before I even figure it out.
My dad is the hero archetype in my life. He works 6 days a week in the immense, uncomfortable heat in the Chrysler plant, to make sure I have a comfortable life. He never will allow anyone to know what he really goes through because he doesn't want us to worry or feel bad/guilty.
My Nana is the mentor archetype in my life. Being 71 years old and Lebanese she has been through a lot of discrimination and faced plenty of challenges. So what ever hardship I may go through, she always has a solution to make it seem a little less difficult. She always pushes me to try new things, she is actually the one who got me interested in nursing. She pushes me to be the best version of myself.
