2 Chicken breast
1 slice of bacon
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon of oil
3 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
First, cut the chicken breast into small cubes, about one centimeter, and let marinate in a mixture made with lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
After that time, cut the vegetables into slices and take them to the pan along with the bacon.
When they have cooled a little, alternate, the skewer, the chicken cubes with the vegetables (tomato, red pepper, green pepper).
Once you have the skewers covered with cubes and vegetables, leaving about three or four centimeters of skewer, to take with your hand.
you can cook them on the grill or in the oven, until they are toasted and crispy.
