Shaun is going to start talking to people he's close to about how he feels. He will practice conversation with his sister, Selene (health enhancing behavior) and will not lie about how he truly feels (risky behavior).

After a few weeks focusing on sharing his emotions, Shaun starts to feel happier and sees the health benefits of being social with his emotions.
