This storyboard does not have a description.
It took place on the New York 8th Avenue Independent Subway, between two stops with an uninterrupted 7.5 minutes. It took part during weekdays from 11am to 3pm, in 1968.
In each team there was two female observers one in the adjacent, one in the critical, a victim and a male model.
In a drunk trial the victim would carry a brown paper bag with a bottle inside. They would walk on to the train and 70 seconds into the journey collapse onto the floor.
In either situation the model had four conditions to follow, from the critical area help the victim after 70 seconds or 150 seconds or from the adjacent area after 70 or 150 seconds.
In each carraige an observer covertly took notes on the age, gender, race and position of each person in the tube. They were particularly interested in the time taken to help the victim and the comments made by them.
The other story the victim acted was being ill, this was done by using a cane and collapsing 70 seconds into the journey. At the end of the journey the victim would be helped up by the model and got off the train.
