Some symptoms include: Trouble chewing and swallowing food Slight trouble of breathing
First of all, ALS stands for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. The disease attacks your nerve cells in your brain.
These Nerve cells control your voluntary movements . The disease usually begins in a limb before moving on to other limbs
Some of the treatments include: Supportive Care Medicines Surgery
ALS is difficult to diagnose early because it can mimic many other neurological diseases
People that have ALS usually burn calories faster than people that don't have ALS
That's about all I know about ALS but here's one more thing before I go, the disease is a progressive disease meaning the older you get, the worse the symptoms become
