You're right. It was SImon the whole time and Jake was working with him
I'm so sorry I left, but I'm back to support you.
I don't need your support.
Bronwyn, Cooper, Addy, Bronwyn's sister, and Kriss (Cooper's boyfriend) all meet at a local coffee shop in order to try for the final time to get Nate out of jail. Kriss makes an interesting point when he proposes that maybe is was Simon who committed suicide. He also says that maybe Jake and Simon were working together and that they should all try and talk to Janea, Simon's best friend before his death.
You need to leave the investigation to me.
Addy goes to Janae's house and Janae ends up telling her everything, including how Simon wanted to kill himself and this is how he did it. Apparently Jake and Simon were indeed partners and Jake was blackmailing her to keep her quiet about everything. Jake was the one who put the epipens in Nate's lockers and got him arrested. But then disaster strikes when Jake shows up at the house too and Addy has to hide in a closet.
here is the information of the guy.
Nate's mom, left him when he was very little, so he grew up alone with his alcohol addicted father in a tiny worthless home. After hanging out with Bronwyn, he was going to take her to his house to watch a movie, and his mom was on the front door step. She had heard about the whole trial against him and the other students for murder, so she came as a support for him. She felt really bad about leaving him, and him being the "bad boy' drug seller, he didn't accept her.
Bronwyn, Nate's lover, knew deep in her heart that Nate did not kill Simon. She decided to take matters into her own hand and called Eli Kleinfelter, a lawyer who took special interest in their case. He also believed that they were being set up on the murder and he decided to help. In a meeting with him he told her to let him do the work and to stay out of it.
Continuing her investigation, Bronwyn remembers the car crash from the day that Simon dies and finds it a little suspicious. She has Cooper get the information of the car from a guy that he know, and from there she can trace is all back to who was in the car crash. She decides to go confront him
