The Tortoise and the Hare Story
This storyboard does not have a description.
Good afternoon and welcome to the annual tortoise and hare race. As usual, the tortoise has received a head start of 1000 feet and the hare is at the start. Looks to me that there is a rat joining the race at around 1200 feet. And off they go!
After the first minute of the race, the hare has gone 360 feet, the tortoise has gone 1045 feet, and the rat is 1080 feet away from the starting line.
At aproxamently 1054.55 feet, 72.72 seconds into the race, the rat passes the tortoise at a rate of 1.36 miles per hour. It seems that he is heading back to start for what appears to be a block of cheese.
The rat is still running backwards and after 150 seconds, he passes the hare at 900 feet from the start.
The tortoise is traveling at a rate of .51 miles per hour and the hare is traveling at a rate of 4.09 miles per hour. The hare quickly creeps up on the tortoise and after 190.47 seconds, passes him at 1,142.86 feet.
The rat has been running for 600 seconds and finally crossed the finish line. Now he gets to eat his cheese!
