  • The first Amendment is the Freedom of speech.
  • The second amendment is the right to keep and bear arms.
  • The third amendment is the right not to be forced to put soldiers in one's home in time of peace or in time of war unless legal procedures are followed.
  • The fourth Amendment is Freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures of self, home, papers belongings, unless they have a warrant
  • The 5th Amendment is the right to due process of law when accused of a crime; freedom from being tried for the same crime twice and being forced to testify against oneself
  • But I did'nt do it.
  • The 6th Amendment is to the right to speedy, public, and fair trial including the right to a lawyer when accused of a crime.
  • The 7th Amendment is the right to a trail by jury in civil cases involving claims of more than $20.
  • The 8th Amendment is the right to bail.
  • The 8th Amendment is the right that the listing of rights in the Amendments and other parts of the Constitution are not the only ones with rights.
  • The 10th Amendment is the Guarantee that powers not given to the united states by constitution
