  • Hi friends! It's me Stick Safety! Today we are going to learn about what to do during a fire drill when in a classroom.
  • Real fires can happen at any point so being prepared is the most important thing you can do.
  • AYP Fire Drill Safety
  • When you hear the alarm, stay calm, and move to the exit. The counselor will tell you when to go. Follow the group in a line out of the building.
  • RING RING
  • Stay in one line and follow the counselor to the meeting point. Always remain calm and use your walking feet.
  • When you get to the meeting point stand by the wall until you see your homeroom counselor. Line up in front of your counselor and wait for your name to be called. Wait in line until the "OK" is given to go back to AYP.
  • Meeting Point: Between Library and Education Building
  • Stay with your homeroom group. Walk back together to AYP. Wait for your counselor to say your name again to enter the building.
  • Once the "OK" is given, rotate back to the room you were in and return to having fun.
