  • The narrator tries to explain to us that he's not insane. But tells us about how he wants to kill the old man because of his eye. 
  • Falling Action 
  • we received a complain 
  • But almost every night at midnight he stalked the man for seven long nights just for his eye. 
  • Resolution
  • "What's that noise?" OMG "I admit the deed." 
  • The narrator finally kills the old man because of his eye. He cuts the body and hides it under the floor.  
  • Finally my chance! 
  • The cops show up and the narrator shows them the house. 
  • we want to check the house
  • The narrator hears a noise which causes him to blurt out his own story.
