Moshe and Aharon are asking Pharoah to let the Jews out on a three-day journey so they can worship Hashem but he said no and he doesn't know who Hashem is. He tells them to leave because they are disturbing the Jews form their work.
The officers of the Jews are crying to Pharoah, asking him why he does these horrible things to his servants. Pharoah says that they are being lazy and their excuse is to ask to go and sacrifice to Hashem.
The officers of the Jews met up with Moshe and Aharon and asked them why they would come to just make things worse. Now Pharoah has more eyes on the Jews and there is even harsher work.
Moshe is crying to Hashem, asking Him why he hurt the Jews and why He sent him to Egypt. He says that since he came to Egypt to ask him to let the Jews go for 3 days, Pharoah hurt the Jews even more than before and you didn't come to save them.
