  • Dashboard??
  • Hey Team! We have a meeting on Teams this afternoon about the monthly dashboard, presented by the PPM. The COE will also provide an update on the SDLC and the PSO will go over their project briefs
  • PPM, COE, PSO??
  • Teams?? What TEAM?
  • I don't think I've ever been so confused!
  • PSO , PPM, COE
  • Planner, NSD, iService, PowerBI
  • Same! I don't even know how to use half of these tools
  • Skype, Dashboard,
  • I don't know how we're going to learn all this!
  • I just sent you our team oneNote it's got everything you need!
  • I left a bunch of guides on "How to Get Started" under your desk
  • Check your email, there should be a ppt about the BPMO
  • There's so much information everywhere, I don't know where to start!
  • In the summer of 2020, three students joined ESDC. On their first day, they are all invited to attend their first departmental meeting.
  • Agreed!! I wish there was a way to centralise all the information and make it simple!
  • After the meeting, the three students meet together and discuss all the information and tools presented during the meeting but are still just as confused.
  • For the guide, let's include an "About ESDC" section
  • Sounds great! Let's also include an "About IITB" section
  • About IITB...
  • About ESDC...
  • The three confused students continue their day continuously receiving more information from their peers.
  • Common WorkTools...
  • About BPMO...
  • Welcome to The BPMO Wiki!
  • At the end of the day, the three students meet once again and discuss how their first day went.
  • Great idea! Let's do it! We can even make it accessible for all employees, new and current!
  • The three determined students spend the rest of the summer working on a guide for all employees so they never have to be overwhelmed with information.
  • Those are awesome Ideas! Speaking of, let's also include some Common WorkTools
  • By the end of summer 2020, the three students had successfully created a Wiki for all the BPMO employees.
  • We did it!!
  • YAY! Go Team!!
