Hi I'm Dillon the cook at red lobster let's go see how our cooks are safe.
Lets talk about knife safety. First always keep them stowed away in a safe place and make sure they are sharp. Another thing is to never catch a falling knife because it could cut threw your hand
Uh oh a spill. Kitchen spills are easy to clean up so take the time to clean it up before someone slips :)
Oh my gosh my cooks forgot to put away the knife!
Oh know a fire. OK now I can show you what to do with a kitchen fire. First thing stay calm this is important. Next go find a fire extinguisher or water to spray it out unless it is a grease fire than only an extinguisher.
Oh know another fire. Good fortunately the cover is right there. The best thing to do in this situation is to put the cover onto the pan so it can't get more oxygen and the fire will die.
