why do i have to be here?
This is Andrew, he has anger problems which can be very challenging when he becomes angry making it hard for people to calm him down.
How come no one ever talks to me?
Andrew sometimes gets upset and wonders why people do not talk to him or even tries to socialise with him.
There has just been a fight with Andrew and another student, as the student said that Andrew does not have any friends. the teacher has had to break it up to stop it from escalating. This has gotten him very angry. Andrew is now being sent to the principal's office.
Here the principal is makinging plans with Andrew to help him cope with his challenging behaviour. one way they have came up with is a care centered plan. This may allow Andrew to leave class when he is angry. or for him to have a teacher there to help him from getting frustrated or even to have a stress ball in class.
Another plan that they have come up with to help Andrew cope and handle his challenging behaviour is including a positive behaviour management. this will help him act more good and calm in class as he would know that he may get a reward or prize if he is good and positive. Andrew has also agreed to apologize to the boy he argued with.
they have both apologised to each other and have resolved their differences and now are friends
