  • First Nations Storyboard
  • In this strip, there is two first nations hunting some deer. Most of their food was deer, moose, caribou, fish, and rabbits. They either hunted with a gun or a bow and arrow.
  • This is a storyboard of a first nation woman fishing to feed her family. Most first nation people fished with a rod but others fished with a net.
  • This is a First Nation skinning a rabbit to get both the fur and the meat.
  • This is a First Nation trading with a European. They would do it often. In this scenario, the first nations are trading a rabbit pelt for a blanket. 
  • Europeans came to North America for the fish and the wood. In this picture, the outer boat is fishing and the inner boat is getting wood. Wood was used to build boats.
  • In the winter, the first nations would hunt polar bears, seals, and go ice fishing.
