I don't know how to thrive in the real world, who am I kidding?
What are my goals?
Is any of this realistic?
I don't fit in.
I should put my focus elsewhere.
Am I doing what I should?
I don't think anyone will listen or care.
Is this really worth it? How do these classes help?
My motivation is plummeting, I don't know if I can finish
I'm barely getting by as it is. This bank account is running low.
You are not alone. This happens to many individuals in college. Your classes should help define you, not destroy you.
"When you are empowered you are living soul-rich experiences that can bring you joy in a way that your desires and dreams are manifested. The problem is that not everyone knows what they want, and/or have no idea how to find out what that is… One of the many reasons I advocate the practice of journaling is because it can be a powerful tool to help you understand who you are and what you really want." (Raab par. 3-4).
