Bulling is when an unkind action is repeated. Bulling can lower a persons self esteem and make them feel bad about of themselves
if you are bullied you should - Tell a teacher, parent or other adult or a friend who can help you. - Ignore the bullying—turn your back and walk away. Act unimpressed or pretend you don't care what they say or do to you. You could say 'Okay, whatever' and walk away. - Say 'No' or 'Just stop it' firmly.
If you see someone being bullied - Say or write something supportive to the person being bullied - Tell someone It is okay to tell. It is not dobbing to get help for someone who is being hurt. If you are worried about what other people will say to you, tell someone else privately
