The Night Before Christmas

The Night Before Christmas

Storyboard Text

  • 'Twas the night before christmas, when all through the house
  • The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that St Nicholas would soon be there
  • Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
  • The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads; And mamma in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap, Had just settled down for a long winter's nap,
  • Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash. Away to the window I flew like a flash, I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter. When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
  • As I looked on, I saw more and more, people spreaed out on the treet floor
  • Why was everyone up at this hour?, this was the night before Christmas,
  • I looked out the window, but all that could be seen, was a couple of boys, climbing trees
