  •  The act would allow the Kansas and Nebraska Territories to decide if they should allow slaves within thir boarder
  • Kansas-Nebraska Act
  • After the act was passed pro and anti slavery suppressors rushed to Kansas to settle to affect of the first slavery held after the law was passed.
  • Pro slavery electors carried the election. The anti slavery supporters wanted to do another election, but the pro slavery supporters refused.
  • How about we do another election?
  • No, we one fair and square
  • Then they decided to make there own legislative within the Kansas territory
