The first cell is about chapters 16 and 17 and how the Romans loved their rules so much sometimes they saw them as god. But when a man claimed to be Jesus he ended up being crucified. The next cell is symbolizing chapter 18 and 19. It is a group of people watching the rain like the Goths did to see if a battle would ensue or not. The last cell is about a man named Muhammad who ended having to preach to an entire town about what God told him to say. I chose this section because of my personal connection to it. I am religious myself and I believe certain stuff because I am religious so it was kind of cool to read someone else's account of my beliefs into history. I think that belief systems are a huge part of history and each of the chapters I chose seemed very influential on religion. I know that Jesus getting crucified was a big part in Christianity and I also know that Muhammad had a big influence on the Islamic religion. For the Goths, their belief on how the storms would brings battles was important because they had to be prepared, their beliefs helped them be prepared.
