Blue Boy and Spot quietly snuck up behind Dirty Bristles man, but they weren't quite enough. Dirty Bristles man turned around and saw them standing there.
Dirty Bristle man wasn't worried about Blue Boy capturing him because he was a grown man and Blue Boy was a kid. He should have been worried though. Blue Boy pulled out his magic paintbrush. Dirty Bristles man thought it was a regular old paintbrush so he laughed.
When Dirty Bristles man wasn't looking Spot ran behind him. Blue Boy quickly painted a box and Spot pushed Dirty Bristles man in. He then drew a door to his bedroom and with some help from Spot, Blue Boy pushed him into his room. Blue Boy was glad his mom wasn't there.
Blue Boy locked Dirty bristles man in his closet. Then he and Spot went to sleep.
The next day Blue Boy put Dirty Bristles man back in the box and painted a door to the art room. He and Spot pushed the box through. The art teacher was there waiting. Dirty Bristles man got out of the box and he tried to run, but the doors were locked.
Blue Boy put Dirty Bristles man to work cleaning the paintbrushes. The art teacher thanked Blue Boy and Spot. Some of the other art teachers at other schools heard what was happening so they brought their paintbrushes over for a cleaning. The art teacher told her students to clean their brushes or else they would be stuck with Dirty Bristles man's job.
