Hello, welcome to my Jr breakthrough challenge subject. Today we are going to discuss solar energy, what it does, and what’s inside solar panels.
These panels have solar cells which is made up of silicon, which is the one of the most abundant material in the world. They are put in between of the solar panels and are connected by strong bonds. Do keep in mind that solar panels use two different silicon , one is N type which has extra electrons, the P type is just extra space for electrons.
Those electrons always go back to where they came from so solar panels can last up to decades. Although there are some bad disadvantages for solar energy for less sunlight receiving areas it is a bit more complicated to get past that obsticale.
