Storyboard Text
- Today I am going to be giving the book report 365 Days to Alaska by Cathy Carr.
- Regal loves to hunt and lives in Alaska but her parents are getting divorced and her mom is moving to Centicut and didn't want to move but her dad is going to stay in Alaska. He promised that he would try to get her back to Alaska in 365 days.
- Lia the mother takes her daughters to the suburbs. They go to Connecticut to live with their Grandma they've never met and start school there.
- Regal starts school and can't fit in with all the other kids she sits by herself at lunch until she makes friends with a crow. She finally finds a group of friends that supports her for who she is and she feels included.
- The crow gets locked in a storage container for 3 days and Regal save it but tries to take it inside to the science teacher but got loose and got hit with a broom by the janitor. Blueberry the crow gets taken into a wildlife center to recover. Once he heals he get released into the wild.
- Her dad says that he can't get her back to Alaska but she likes her life and is ok with that. She is ok living with her, mom grandma, and sisters. She likes her life and her friends and lives on.
