  • In 1954 the Supreme Court Ruled that The Segregation of Races in Schools Were Unconstitutional. This Lead to Schools Having both Races in one Building.
  • Topeka, Kansas
  • Oliver Brown wanted to take his daughter to A All white School. But the One in Charge Said No, Causing the Uproar.
  • The Effect of The Lawsuit. Rosa Parks
  • Oliver went to the Court with the Idea That Schooling with Whites is Okay, that everybody is the same.
  • The effect of the Lawsuit. Martin Luther King Jr.
  • The Lawsuit was Held at Topeka, Kansas, where the School was located.
  • After this Lawsuit, More Things Started to happen. Like Rosa Parks, and The Bus incident.
  • Also, After the Lawsuit, Martin Luther King Jr. Stepped up and Started the Walks, And trying to find Equal treatment for The different Races.
