  • The French and Indian War (1754)
  • The Stamp Act (April 1764)
  • The Stamp Act Taxes will be on documents and many more, so we can restore what we lost.
  • The Boston Massacre (March 5, 1770)
  • The French and Indian War is the war between British and Americans.  They were fighting for land.  Both British and Americans team up with Indians.
  • The Boston Tea Party (1773)
  • Because of the French and Indian war they made many acts that made taxes on supplies, so the governor can buy supplies that they lost in the war.
  • The Battle of Lexington and Concord (April 1775)
  • The colonists are making fun of the soldier's uniform by saying they look like "lobsters" and "redcoats."  The soldiers are mad because of it, so they started fighting.
  • The Battle of Bunker Hill (June 17, 1776)
  • Since the Tea Act was made, the colonists were angry because of this and refused to buy tea and throw tea overboard.  They Dressed like Indians because they thought people would think they are Indians and will be scared of them.
  •  Since General Gage heard that  Samuel Adams and John Hancock are meeting to discuss something, he send 700 British soldiers to arrest them.  He also heard that the Minutemen were storing some weapons, so he said to capture them , too.  Since Paul revere heard about it, they were brought to safety.  The battle started when someone fired a shot.  This shot was known as the "shot heard from around the world."  After a while the British retreat.
  • Following the British retreat of the Battle of Lexington and Concord,  General Gage made a plan the fight again.  When the British is at heir spots, the battle began.
