  • Evaporation is the process  of liquid turning into vapor. Evaporation can only happen with solar Radiation.
  • The first step to the water cycle is EVAPORATION!
  • Condensation is Water that collects at droplets on a cold surface when humid air is in contact with it.
  • Step 2 is CONDENSATION!
  • Precipitation is when Rain,Hail,Sleet, and Snow falls to the ground. Transpiration is the process where plants absorbs water through the roots then give off water vapor through pores in their leaves.
  • Step 3 and 4 is PRECIPITATION and TRANSPIRATION!
  • Runoff is Water from rain,snowmelt,or other sources that flows over the land surface, and is a major component of the water cycle.
  •  Step 5 Is RUNOFF!
  • Step 6 Is INFILTRATION.
  • infiltration is when water on the ground becomes Soil.
  • Gravity is a force which tries to pull 2 objects toward each other. Anything which has mass, also has a gravitational pull. The more massive an object is,The stronger it's gravitational pull is.Earths Gravity is what keeps you on the ground and what causes objects to fall.
  • Now were going to talk about GRAVITY which pulls the water cycle together
