- Our fundamental freedoms are our basic freedoms granted to ever Canadian, these are our freedom of thought or to think what we want, and to express our opinions , the freedom of religion and freedom of peaceful assembly and freedom of association.

- every Canadian 18 or older has the to vote in Canadian elections and also run for office in elections. it is also required that there is an election at least every 5 years.
- Equality Rights
- you cannot work here we do not hire women
- That is not fair, that goes against my rights!!!!
- every Canadian has the right to live and move wherever they want to in the country the also have the right to leave and come back whenever they wish
- Language Rights
- I am attending the french school because i have the right to speak whatever language i want
- your legal rights protect you from unreasonable searches and to take away personal belongings whiteout legal reason. our legal rights also ensure we are treated equally at every level of law. this also ensures that no one can take legal action against you without just reason .

- everyone is equal and has the right to not be discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national or ethic origin, age or mental or physical ability
- canadians have the right to speak whatever language they wish privately and publicly, but in canada they also have the right to attend french schools if there first language is french and there parents attended primary and secondary french schools. it is also the same for the english speakers in quebec.
