Storyboard Text

  • Exposition
  • Rising Aciton
  • Yea, sure I will compete with you.
  • You should not compare yourself to goddesses! I challenge you!
  • Rising Action
  • Wow! I'm suprised you are pretty much equel to me!
  • There was a girl named Arachne and she was a maiden who was not "wellborn" or lived with rich parents but was in an "obscure" little village and she was a great dyer of wool and was even better than her father. She was known all throughout Greece because  she was very fast at dying wool.
  • Climax
  • How dare you disrespect me! I am a goddess!
  • Tons of people are looking at Arachne and she is the fastest dyer of wool that is in Greece and then there is a goddess named Athene. Athene does not like that she is showing off that she is as good as gods in doing things so she challenges her.
  • Falling Action
  • YOU SHALL PAY FOR THAT!!!
  • Athene challenges Arachne to a battle to see who is better at dying and weeving wool. Arachne was very cocky and thought that she was way better than anyone else that is alive. She accepted the challenge and went on with her her weeving.
  • Resolution
  • Now everyone is watching them and they are both going really fast and Arachne is so suprised that she sees that Athen is almost equel to her in skill and speed. Arachne decides to taunt Athene by making her wool look like it was goddesses that were tricking people on Earth as a old poor lady.
  • Athene gets really mad about how Arachne disrespects her with that like she thinks Athene can not do anything to her becuase she was very confident that she would win. Athene could not believe that she would offend her in such a way because you have to respect gods.
  • Athene had to punish her for her disrespectfulness and she decided to turn her into a spider so she could not weeve anymore. All spiders decend for Arachne and now they make beautiul pecies of art with their webs, symbolising Arachne.
  • *Gasp*
  • Unfortunate.
