  • The Boston Tea Party was led by Samuel Adams. Adam's and his team dumped over 90,000 pounds of tea into the Boston Harbor. This occured on December 16. 1773,
  • Revolutionary War
  • The Sons of Liberty was a secret organization to advance the rights of European colonists. The Daughters of Liberty was a representation of a past protest about the Stamp Act.
  • Declaration of Independence
  • The Boston Massacre for example was one of many famous protest. 5 People were killed during the shooting. This specific attack was noted as a targeted terrorist attack.
  • The Revolutionary War was a fight between Great Britain and the 13 colonies. It lasted seven years(1775-1781).
  • The Declaration of Independence was created when the Continental Congress met in Philadelphia. The next day 12 of the 13 colonies met in Philadelphia. Richard Henry Lee was the one behind this idea of independence.
