I mostly read in school, but I also read a little bit out of school too.
The kind of reading that is easiest for me is reading outside.
Reading outside is the easiest for me because it is quiet and relaxing. I can focus more when I am in a quiet place.
What makes reading difficult for me is when there is lots of talking , music playing, or other noises . When thers is stuff that distracts me I try to ignore them or move to another spot.
If something does not make sense to me then I usally reread it till I understand or reread the whole chapter.
The best books I have ever read were - Midnight Sun - A Child called "IT" - The Lost Boy They were the best books because they are nonfiction books that can happen in real life.
When I am trying to find a book I look them up, like nonfiction for example, read the summary and then if I like it I look for the book by the number. If I don't like it then I keep looking for another book.
It is important to know how to read well because it can help you get a job, do good in school, and when you read you can pick up more advanced words to use . You can also get smarter from being able to read well.
My goals as a reader for the next 8 weeks are to read more outside of school than inside of school.
