Arrival at Roanoke
Colony from August to October
After John White Leaves...
When John White and the company arrive on July 22,1587, they find the island deserted and the fort demolished. All they found was only the bones of one man.
Life of the colonists was hard because they needed to do lots of surviving tactics like farming to get food, campfire to get warm and cook food, build shelter to sleep in and be protected, make weapons to be protected from other people and animals, and gather any other supplies.
Scenario 1 is most likely to be true that the colonists went to Croatoan island because of the words CROATOAN and CRO carved on two trees. The words CROATOAN and CRO that were carved on the two trees mostly meant that they would've went to Croatoan island because White said to carve the name of the place were they were going to on a tree if they were leaving Roanoke island.
