  • Mitiosis: Type of Cells
  • Mitosis: Haploid or Diploid
  • Mitosis: Purpose
  • Mitosis is fulfilled with somatic sells. (aka body cells) I chose a goalie for a body cell.
  • Meosis: Type of Cells
  • The cell has two sets of chromosomes therefore it is called a diploid cell. I chose two cars for 2 sets of chromosomes.
  • Meosis: Haploid or Diploid
  • The purpose of mitosis is to create more diploid cells. I put multiple people here because of the multiple diploid cells.
  • Meosis: Purpose
  • Meosis is performed with gametes. (aka sex cells) I have a male and a female two represent the 2 parent cells.
  • It is haploid because the gametes only have one set of chromosomes. I chose one child to act as one set of chromosomes.
  • The purpose of meiosis is to make more gametes so there is a correct number of chromosomes. I chose this picture because of the multiple gametes.
