The Baker Family moves into a new house. Mrs. Baker notices a red mark on the ceiling, and she remarks about it to her husband. Mr. Baker thinks nothing of the stains and explains they can always paint over it.
After the neighbor, Ron Ambrose, invites Mr. Baker over for a football game, he threatens to kill Mr. Baker. He claims if Mr. Baker dies he will also kill his wife and kids. The neighbors want to kill the Baker family.
Because Mr. Baker isn't home and it is late, Mrs. Baker goes to check on him. Mrs. Ambrose refuses to let Mrs. Baker in, and insists she goes home. She explains she will send her husband home soon. Then Mrs. Ambrose offers Mrs. Baker a homemade casserole.
Mrs. Baker heads home. She decides to eat the casserole, but it quickly causes her to hallucinate. She gets a call from a mysterious number, her husband is dead and she needs to hide.
Mrs. Baker's hallucinations grow. She is unable to tell her imagination from reality. Mrs. Baker overhears a familiar voice, which she assumes is Mrs. Ambrose. She is unable to make out words just the anger in her tone. Mrs. Baker blanks out.
Months after the Baker family goes missing, the police investigate the Ambrose house. They had assumed the house was abandoned, but they find bones that match the DNA of the Baker family.
