Activities increase bones and strength and muscular fitness. Such activities should work all including doing exercises that use your body weight resistance.
If you are not to gain weight don't eat more calories. Then you know you can increase the amount of your physical activity to burn more calories.
Eating foods like fruit, vegetables, whole grains, meat, fish, beans and drinking lots of water can help your body to to be healthy and maintaining a balanced diet can lead to having better overall wellness. When you eat bad foods like, sugar and saturated fats it will give you fat calories.
