  • Scene One - What happened?
  • Scene Two - Feelings
  • I'm so stupid. I'll never graduate. I'm nothing but a disappointment. I am not worthy.
  • Scene Three - Behaviour & Impact
  • Yay! We got Excellences! What did you get?
  • My character has worked awfully hard on her test and has recieved a very poor grade in her opinion. 
  • Scene Four - Self-Awarness

  • The character then thinks very negatively about what just occured. And begins having some major thinking errors. She thinks that she is stupid and that she is a dissapointment. She cries and is kneeling on the floor
  • Scene Five - Regulation
  • When the character's friends get a much better grade and she finds out. She instantly lashes out at them and is awfully rude. She didn't manage her anger and frustration. This will behaviour impacts her social relationships.
  • Scene Six - Repair Relationships
  • Hi guys, I'm terribly sorry about what happened. I was just upset about my grade and I shouldn't have taken it out on you. I'll be a better friend.
  • Later in the day, the character is on the bus. She has the time to herself to reflect and become aware of what her behaviours and actions have done. She is aware that what she has done was wrong and regrets it. 
  • While at home, the character has time to reflect on how her negative actions and behaviours today and how they had an impact on her. She used mindul meditation techniques and goes for a run. This calms her down.She figures out ways to solve this for the future. 
  • *calm, mindful meditation and music*
  • After becoming self-aware and then regulating her actions, the character has come to the conclusion that she must repair the relationship with her friends in order to put things right and feel better. She is forgiven.
  • It's okay, we understand and forgive you.
