Sweet cousin ram, why lag behind the rest in the night cave?
Odysseus is traveling back from the Trojan war. He is very brave for saying that he will check out the island they have come across. He is also not afraid of what lies ahead. He is confident to fight any danger.
Odysseus takes action when he and his crew are trapped inside a cyclopes's cave. He decides to stab the cyclopes in the eye and try to make him release he and his crew. His plan doesn't go as expected. The plan may have not gone the way he wanted it to, it motivated him to make a better plan.
Odysseus and his crew escape by riding under sheep. He becomes too bold. After they reach his ship, Odysseus starts taunting the cyclopes. Odysseus is a complex character because he changes from being a brave leader, to a leader that believes too much in himself.
