  • In 1689, due to James deserting his kingdom, he has been declared no longer a king by the Parliament.
  • Off with his head!
  • You... can't do that either.
  • The sovereign could no longer be able to suspend and dispense any laws that were passed by the Parliament.
  • The sovereign could also not be able to impose taxes without the Parliament's consent.
  • Excessive bail, excessive fines, cruel, and unusual punishments will no longer be inflicted.
