I want to remove a law, because I don't like it.
It's from the Parliament, you really can't.
Can I at least put some taxes?
In 1689, due to James deserting his kingdom, he has been declared no longer a king by the Parliament.
Off with his head!
You... can't do that either.
The sovereign could no longer be able to suspend and dispense any laws that were passed by the Parliament.
The sovereign could also not be able to impose taxes without the Parliament's consent.
Excessive bail, excessive fines, cruel, and unusual punishments will no longer be inflicted.
