  • The battle begins and natural killer cells try and fight off the antigens, stimulated by the complement system and supported by phagocytes.
  • However, the pathogen surprises the troops and begins taking them out!, so headquarters calls in reinforcements.
  • Platoons of T lymphocytes, macrophages, and cytotoxic t cells come to back up the natural killer cells. They bring interferon to help reduce enemy numbers.
  • The memory B cells try to implement strategies to fight this pathogen from times they have fought similar ones before. A lymphokine reports the situation it heard from the lymphocytes.
  • Meanwhile, the suppressor T cells are protesting the undue use of antibodies in the body.
  • The scout helper T cells report that some naval warfare is occuring, prompting humoral immunity.
