Hi, students! Today you will be learning about GCF! Are you ready?
Hmm, that seems complicated.
I've heard about this before!! It's actually really fun.
What is GCF, Mrs. Fitzgerald?
It's easy. All you need to do is practice to get better at this! Your homework will be pages 24-26. Each page has 10 exercices and they get more complicated.
GCF, is the greatest factor that divides two numbers. It is simply the largest of the common factors. For example: 18= 2 x 2 x 3 and 24= 2 x 2 x2 x 3. The greatest common factor would de 6 because 2 x 3 = 6.
Hi, students. Today we will be learning about monomials. Pay attention in order to understand quick.
3x, 10, 2x^2, 5yxh
I know what a monomial is!! Monomials are an algebraic expression consisting of one term . For example ( look at the board).
Well done, Brooke. Remember to practice at home. Please do page 45, exercise 1-17 for homework
