Paul: Good morning Mrs. Janina, thank you for coming here today. I will be aking you some questions about the Warsaw Ghetto and how you experienced it. Janina: It is my pleasure and I will be delighted to answer some questions. Paul: Shall we go in Janina: Oh yes
Paul: Being here once again does it remind you of anything? Janina: Well yes, being here reminds me as there are 60,000 people here still and it just makes feel as we were still told what to do and how life was hard for us people Paul: How long were you in this camp for? Janina: For me, it felt for a long time, but it was actually for three years that I was trapped in this camp.
Janina: Here this place gives me memories Paul: What kind of memories do you remember here? Janina: It reminds me of how we had to work here and how we suffered here by working every day and how terrifying it was here because people were killed here also. Paul: How do you feel about being forced to work? Janina: I felt scared and tired because I didn't feel like working because I had to do it every day and I just wished I could have been a free girl having fun.
