  • This scene shows colonist deciding what they should put in the constitution here they are thinking of giving equal rights to all.
  • We must Remove King James II and offer the crown to William and Mary only if they follow the conditions we make in the English Bill of Rights 
  • We should put in it “...That excessive bail ought not to be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted…”
  • This scene is showing the Magna Carta where they are forcing the King to sign it because they believe they deserve rights and justice.

  • This is the English Bill of Rights being decided and where they are discussing what their plan is here they are talking about overthrowing King James II and askign William and Mary if they will take the thrown under certain conditions.
  • Here is Thomas Paine talking about how his Pamphlet will let the Colonist know that they need their own self-government and that America never needed Great Britian 
  • Here is when the U.S. Constitution was finally made and they took all these ideas into account of all these documents and made an Self- Government called the United States of America!
