  • Scene 1 
  • Im going to work hard to overcome a big problem, being overweight. I will go on a diet for 3 months and never give up. Eventually, I hope to also go to the gym to maintain good health.
  • That's great news Dan! I hope to see major improvements and an all new you! This will definitely pay off in the end! 
  • Scene 2
  • HEY! DAN! What happened to your diet? Did you give up already????
  • MMM! This is really good! I could eat this all day!
  • Scene 3
  • YOU'RE RIGHT! I can't just waste time and keep eating unhealthy. I have to put my heart into this! As of this moment, this weight loss journey begins.
  • I'm happy to hear that. I hope you come back in fantastic shape!
  • Dan has a problem that he is overweight and cannot do things such as getting fit. He has a plan to go on a diet which will hopefully help solve his problem if he works hard and dosen't give up. The doctor was very delighted to hear the news.

  • I sure do miss my chocolates and chips! I sure do hope this pays off in the end.
  • After setting a big goal to lose weight, the doctor was walking in the restaurant just to find Dan eating and eating lots of food all at once. She was furious and was wondering what Dan was doing.
  • Scene 5
  • After Dan saw the doctor approach him, it was at that moment that he remembered that he was going on a diet. He felt guilty about the mistake he committed. He then removed all the food and started his journey to lose weight. The doctor was happy to see him get serious about his goal. 
  • Scene 6
  • Dan began reducing the number unhealthy foods he ate. He cut off of things such as chocolate, soda, chips, and much more during his diet period. That left him with eating solely healthy. 
  • As the weeks go by, Dan was feeling better and better. After one month, he felt that he was ready and that it was time he head to the gym to get fit. Not only was this good for his body, but he was also pleased to take this as a new hobby. 
  • This is fun! I am not even tired and can do this all day!
  • After three months going on a diet, Dan is an all new person. He did not just eat healthy, but with effort and hard work, he managed to lost 40 pounds of weight. This is a major success to him and is a lesson to others to always have hope, never give up. Things might seem hard but in reality, they can be a piece of cake. If you believe you can improve, go for it, always!   
  • I KNOW! That was an easy task but at the same time, very rewarding! Im glad I completed this goal!
