  • Oh no! I should report this to the school's principal.
  • WHITE THINKING HATWhat information is available right now?

  • Yeah, I heard a teenager committed a suicide because she was bullied.
  • Do you know that about 20% of students ages 12-18 experienced bullying nationwide?
  • BLACK THINKING HATWhat are the risk assosiated with this?
  • What happens if i keep quiet and let them bully me?
  • It will affect your mental health that leads to depression and it will make you think of suicide and substance use.
  • YELLOW THINKING HATWhat opportunities could evolve from this?
  • Why am I always being bullied by my office mate?
  • If you are being bullied, it could mean that you have done something incredible and they are envious about your work. Don't take the negativity from the people who bullies you and keep on doing a good job. Take it as a challenge towards your dreams.
  • RED THINKING HATHow does this make me feel?
  • Why don't you talk to her about reporting the bullies to our lecturer. Maybe she might hear you. I really pity her.
  • I am hesitant to approach her because I am afraid that she might reject me before I even lend her a hand.
  • GREEN THINKING HATHow can I think outside the box about this issue?
  • What should I do to stop them from bullying me?
  • Kill them with kindness. Being kind to someone who's being mean to you is a way to deflect the situation and make them feel guilty for treating you poorly, or at the very least, so confused that they stop.
