My calf is starting to feel tight but I have a mile left. ahhhh
I think I just pulled something!
Make sure you always use ice right away because after 48 hours swelling is not amenable to ice.
what happened? Did you injure yourself?
I was running then I felt my calf get tight and then I think I pulled it.
Actually 10-55% of injuries in athletes are muscle injuries. well more than 90% of muscle injuries are muscle strains.
Man I hope this doesn't happen more often.
Let me run and go get ice for you.
