The Problem here is that construction worker is asking his boss to get paid more because it is a not only a dangerous job but a taxing difficult one too.
After the boss thinks about it she says no, she says he is exaggerating and that he gets paid plenty enough for his minimal workload.
The construction took the competition way of handling it and made it clear that his success in money was more important that this relationship with this boss so he threatened to quit of he didn't get paid more. With this bold move, his boss was forced to give him the raise and it ended up working out for him
