Rising action is when we start building up towards the climax. The narrator had stalked the boy for 7 nights straight. He was ready to make an attack. He couldn't stand his vulture looking eye.
The climax is the turning point of the story. All the events leading up happen now. The narrator grabs the bed and started to sufficate the man until he was dead. He would have to deal with his eye no longer.
Falling action is when the story starts to get solved and fix up from the climax. After he was dead I buried him in the floor boards perfectly, no one would know.
