Storyboard Text

  • Banquo is talking to Fleance about his nightmares about the witches and what they said to him. he cannot sleep.
  • Banquo gives Macbeth a diamond for Lady Macbeth from King Duncan for her hospitality.
  • Banquo tells Macbeth about his nightmares
  • "I dreamt last night of the three weird sisters. To you they have showed some truth."
  • Banquo and Fleance exit and Macbeth asks the servant to go to bed.
  • Go bid thy mistress, when my drink is ready, she strike upon the bell. Get thee to bed.
  • Macbeth sees a dagger floating before him. He is thinking about the murder.
  • Is this a dagger which I see before me, the handle toward my hand? Come, let me clutch thee.
  • Macbeth has killed king Duncan.
