  • Eating properly can be a struggle for most as well as finding the time to prepare the proper food that your body needs. For children under the age of 12 they require only about 1,500 Calories a day.   In contrast to teenagers and adults who are needing around 2,000 - 2,500 depending on the gender if they are male or female. For most people (without allergies and dietary needs) they require balanced meals throughout the day. 
  • Physical activity is if not the most important part of the day, it keeps your body in working order. Children require 60 minutes of physical activity a day, while adults and teens require around 2 hours a day.  Most can calculate the "Fitness" of their bodily heath using a Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculator. This uses Height,weight and age to calculate the overall health of ones body. For myself personally I stand In the normal range.
  • I have struggled to eat properly as I tend to stress eat quite frequently, In the future I hope to ,maintain or even better my personal health. By doing such things I will ensure I live a long and healthy life as eating properly and following exercise regiments reduce the chances of heart disease and improve quality of life.
